29th October of 2014, when I Submitted an Iball tab to the service centre (Kolkata) after 3 months of purchase as it generating a touch problem in the right portion of touch pad. The serviceman of Iball said that they will inform me when my product will be ready. Getting no response i called them after some weeks. They said that my product have been sent for servicing & will inform me as soon as it reach in their hand. I waited... A month passed... I called back... They said that the product will be replaced by a new one & I have to wait some more times & they will inform... Okay Boss...
I got a call after some weeks with the pleasing information that my tab is ready to receive... BUT... They said that I have to pay near about RS-1500 & the reason is that the company can't provide me the replacement of same
model but an upgraded one... & to recover this discredit of INDIAN FAMOUS IBALL Company I have to pay this amount... I didn't agree to pay for that & ask them to manage that. They told me that they will return the product to the company & I have to wait till a same model will be available in company's store.. All Izz Well Boss...
I Waited... One more month passed... I called... They said to come... I went... Again the same story of RS-1500... I patience instead of argument & flashed back them with the memory of whole story... After a call, with a gentle manner they told me to come back in 2 or 3 days, my set will be in hand they confirmed. I called after 4 days. They said my product is reaching by afternoon. I said I will come tomorrow. I gave one more space of day & called on the day (Today, 11/02/2015) I was about to come. Jesus Christ!!! Again the same story, that my product is coming after two days with 100% surety...
I then asked gently that what they want to do with me & the gentle man of Iball asking me whether I want any argument. Then, , as soon as I tried to make him remember all that he has been promising since some last days, he ended the call suddenly.
I am now in full of doubts whether I get my set back or not..
So I am now asking IBALL that whose fault it is??
Service centre's??
Company's??
Or mine??
If its my fault, that is surely choosing a product of this company, which takes money from us instead of a colourful box of harassments & hopelessness...
