I have purchased i ball slide 3 g q81 tablet on 16/7/2016 and after one month (August, 2016) a problem arises due to battery and the battery goes o% and after that the tablet does not boot, it was totally dead. I gave the tablet to service center (Kailash mobiles) akashganga, supela, bhilai, chhattisgarh and it was under repair for one month. Then it was handed over to me and after two months in the month of october the tablet had problem due to touch screen. Again it was given to service center and the screen was replaced by the service center in one and a half months time. We used the tablet since that day in the mean while we face lots of problems related to the booting of system and touch and it hangs too much and it was too much slow. Actually the screen which was fitted by the service center was not original i think. On 9th, september, 2017 again we went to service center to complain about the tablet, than the service agent mr. Kailash checked the tablet and told that again the touch is not working properly. He guided us to talk to customer care and given its number and it was[protected]. After that we tried several times to customer care and the phone was connected on 11th, september, 2017 and talked to ms. Rashmi customer care. She had given one complaint number idcc89221 and she told that it will fixed after 15 days. Sir it is going to be one month uptill now nothing has been done and we are facing lots of problem regarding this tablet from the date of purchase. Kindly rectify our problem as soon as possible.
