As we have approached exclusive cellular services service center, it was said that some card has to be replaced & same has to received from i ball company & it is pending from company end.
It is now 04 months already since we have given laptop for repair on 27th aug 2019 & received on 14th november nothing has been done.
Again the laptop lap given to service centre on 30th nov 2019 & now it is one month no clarity
When we will get repaired laptop?
Why it is taking almost a month time to receive spares for the laptop?
I spoke to customer care executive they informed if it is not fixed within 10 days we will provide new one, now it is already 10 days when we will receive it?

1. Provide a new laptop on urgent basis
2. Give us temporary laptop until lap top gets repaired
