Extremely poor service by iball service centre. Job sheet [protected] at Rourkela centre
Dear sir,
I am really surprised to get poor service from your service centre at Rourkela.
I purchased one iball Andy 5 phone with 2 gb ram in the month of May 2015. Within 2 months o[censored]se the back camera was full of dust and front camera becomes faulty. The back camera was cleaned. I submitted the front camera for replacement on 12th jan to your service centre vide the above job sheet no. After one week i received info that the camera has been replaced and to collect the same from service centre. When i went to collect the same i found that the camera replaced was also faulty and not of 3.2 mp which is the original one. When i asked about it they told me to take back the phone and put in use and in the mean time they will ask for replacement camera. It is rather very unfortunate that the camera part is yet to be supplied to them even after 3 weeks. I am not able to use the phone due to non functioning of front camera.
If company is not able to repair the same, i presumed that it is waiting for the gurra tee period to be over so that they do not have to do any thing. As per the guarantee term i[censored] are unable to repair then you must replace the phone. As such this particular model is having several complaints regarding camera as per the service station.
May i request you to either repair my phone immediately or send replacement failing which i shall be compelled to approach consumer court for filing case against the company.
