iBall — No service provided in case of a damaged product

I recently purchased 2 tablets iball slide i701 tablets on 1st August. For one of it, there was no physical damage but still it suddenly stopped working the very next day due to some internal technical problem, When I took it to Laxmi Nagar service centre, they refused to fix it under the warranty because they considered it to be physically damaged. I still have the tablet with me, if anyone wants to have a look at it. I raised feedback forms twice at iball's website but nobody bothered to reply. I also raised a complaint on their Facebook's page but still nobody bothered to reply. Can someone resolve my issue or suggest me something. It would be helpful if i can get the email address of the service mangers for Delhi ncr region. Thanks Chirag
