I bought a Slide Series 7" Tablet from iBall last year in May'14. My tablet's screen is crashed and when I approached their Customer Care (M/s Best IT world (India) Pvt. Ltd.) at Vadodara and to their Mumbai centre they are not responding with availability of screen since last month nor they are confirming by when it will be available. What should I do now with my tablet which I purcahsed with my hard earned money (Rs. 11000) and unable to use it now only because of iBall's issues.
How can they respond with such poor answered to their customers?
I need immediate resolution to it otherwise I will file a complaint at much higher level. Was this information helpful? |
