Dear madm/sir,
I had iball elan 4g2 tab and it's screen broken want to get it repaired on payment basis your service center in kanpur and customer care says they don't have parts to repair go to local market for it how company can handle product without spares with 3 years ago launched product without spare, pl do needful to get it repair on paid option. Even customer care is not responding on mail or call.
