I have contacted to your customer care center & they gave me i ball service center address . I visited same.They told me the above fault & for that, as per their requirement i have to kept my mobile for 8 to 10 days for replacing the same.this to much.When we purchased online any product from you we have in mind assurance that the product we get must have quality checked & tested O.K.
Within week of purchased i was not well to not able to contact you.If we have to contacted to your side & purchased company side so many times for manufacturing defect of mobile, we will be think about to purchased online from your company.
Do the needful at the earliest possible.
