I have purchase a I ball mobile phone model no.ND 4.5M Enigma from star cj (online), Mobile now not working last 02 month and so many time I have contact I ball call centre and log a complaint regarding this faulty mobile they have told me submit the faulty battery our service center .i have submit the battery I ball service center (C-44/2 okhla ph – 2 ) and the Document no.[protected] dtd 14.7.15 and I ball engineer check the mobile and suggestion that battery of mobile is faulty, now they have call me on dtd 03/08/15 for replacing the mobile set and his engineer check mobile again, now he ask me my mobile is physical damage and he charge Rs.1000/- regarding this also they have charge me mobile battery Rs.350/- (Mr. Ankush gupta and Mr. Kevin).
Sir, Mobile is under warranty, please ask your people(Mr. Ankush gupta and Mr. Kevin), he replace my phone or replace my mobile battery, I have lots of time waste for this complaint, every time your people said me different problem regarding this, please check matter urgently and solve my problem immediately .
