iBall — Phone key pad proparly is not working

Sir, My Mobile(I-Ball Spelendor2.4e black + red)purchased on dt:09.05.2015 at our local Bata More shop –Batanagar, after purchase the set i am not happy with this, because always problem start that time day by day problem mention below :--- 1/ Sometime stop the set(when call switch off the set) 2/ Battery backup is very poor(maximum 1 day charge in continue) 3/ key pad is not proper functioning Then the set 1st.time for servicing your centre at ‘’Best It World(India)Pvt. Ltd. G.C. Avenue –Kolkata Address :42A, Chittaranjan Avenue ., 2nd Fllor, Near Yogayog Bhawan Kolkata -700012 After that i received my set almost 15 to 21 day’s latter from your service centre & from that running almost ok, but suddenly it again same problem arise as previously 2nd.time problem is below :-- 1/ after call, not it cut end the call, its a device problem 2/ not function any key of the mobile during calling ---- Then I am submit once again of your same service centre(same as above address) Against Document no: [protected] Documents DT: 25.08.2015 Tme: 1.19.03 P.M. Iball Service centre (18005 G.C. Aveneue - kolkata) So, till date:30.09.2015 i am not receive my set from your service centre, i am shock that your service is so poor that is, i am call at least 3 to 4 times in between of your centre, but result is ‘’0’’ from the date of purchase i am not happy with my I-Ball set ----- So, i request you please arrange may set as early as possible for my best use during coming Puja season Regards’ Ashok Karmakar North Jogtala, P.
