iBall — product not returned and unethical behaviour | |||
I have purchased an iball laptop compbook aer3. Unfortunately the product was having technical problems and start to show few glitches. As the product was under warranty i gave the laptop to iball authorized service center in vadodara and it has been more than 6 months my laptop is not received. Whenever i tried to reach them through mail and by call they were not answering. They are not giving any kind of customer services at all. They are ignoring all the calls. So if any one is planning to buy any of the iball product please stay away they are all cheaters and you will regret so badly if don't. I am attaching my invoice, customer receipt from the service center as well. As my warranty period is going out of date i want them to return a brand new laptop or full cash refund.
