iBall — pulse bt4 headset with mic/I am com plaining about not working of this device

I have bought this Bluetooth headset on 26august2019 at order no[protected]. In Last 2 weeks it is not powering on but only charging It has warranty of 1 year. So you are requested to look into this matter and replace it with other headset as soon as possible I would be very grateful to you
