I have bought iball Q 1035 tab on 17th Feb 2014
All of a sudden the tab stopped working. on Aug 3rd 2015.
When I approached the service center (near paradise circle Secunderabad) the personnel were rude and do not follow a standard procedure. All they do is take the item that has come repair get it inside and tell that they will call back after their analysis.
In fact no body calls. We need to follow up and when I had been there they claim its a mother board problem, without any kind of problem analysis.
I am thoroughly disappointed by the behavior and the representatives and reuqest the higher management to look into the issue abd do justice Was this information helpful? |
