Itab moviez pro xi62rts serial no. [protected] hsn : 84713090351657110007053 was purchased from flip cart vide invoice no. Fadbc[protected] dated 30 september 2019. Since i am experiencing a problem of charging / hanging of the tab i contact you over mail. As per advice, i handed over to your service center on 06/12/2019. Till date the product not yet returned in good working conditions. A series of mail including telephonic call to customer care gone in vain.
