As given the required docs to SK communication for refund initiation on my product as told by the iball customer care. Now after so many days they are not telling anything . Whenever i drop them mail, they ask me to wait . It has been more than a month . Now when i call there customer care, they check my status and then either cut the call or else they will put me on mute . Seriously I am tired and don't know what to do ...
