[Resolved] iBall — tablet phone features not functioning even after paying for repair | |||||
Model : q18 3g 1026 Imei (S/n) : [protected] I purchased on feb 23, 2016. Screen broke in january 2017, gave to service center. Got it repaired and paid rs.3000. But after 2-3 days when i got the chance to use camera, it wasn't working. So service center changed motherboard. I happen to feel the need to use otg after 2-3 months and it wasn't not working. Why is this that one thing is repaired and the other stops working. This is not good. You should check the device yourself at the facility with your checklist. Verified Support Oct 24, 2017 iBall Customer Care's response We have received your approval on[protected] through our email id "customer.[protected]@iball.co.in" to repair the tablet at Rs.1000/- and after your approval we have process your tablet for repair. Once it is ready at our service center we will inform you.
