I have been purchased i-ball music sporty on 18-feb-2020, all of sudden head set were not working on[protected],
Reach to secunderabad service center and given for replacement on[protected], whether it is a brand or not i don’t know,
This is my 3rd set of head set with same brand, each and every time i am facing lot a problem with service center, even service center people are taking rude, and they are not giving proper response (Specially branch manager),
Every time they are taking at least one month to replace the head set, customers why they preferred to take brand things with highest premium,
Because of service, one small head set you people are taking one month to replace the set, whether your company belongs to brand or local i am not understanding,
If you any doubts about my mail, kindly check with my registered mobile number with your past experience, either your company people or working or not that i don’t no,
I think you are blaming to the customers, even i am also working as service executive, how we will give a service to the customers we know that, if you are not able to provide a service to customer,
Kindly stop selling products, i am expecting a call from your end today with positive words, waiting for your reply.
Till know i have raised 5 complaints to customer care only one time i have received reply from, and went to service center more than 6 times, they are not responding anything
