[Resolved] iBall — touch and speaker has not working, so please refund amount of my product | |||||
I have bought iball andi gold 4g but after 10 months its touch screen has not working and loud speaker has noice. I have go to give the service centre from trivandrum. Many few days i go to service centre, bt not resolve my problem. Then they said to the handset transfered to the head office mumbai. Then 2 month iam wait my handset. But not give my handset, and they inform the 40% product price give to me. But i am not interested to this company compensation. I will need the full refund amount of my product. My product to service centre trivandrum which is suggested by iball customer care but after making me fool for 2 months they have told me that my product will not be repaired even my product is in warranty...[my service serial num : [protected]] Was this information helpful? | |||||
