iBall — Wireless Earphone | |
I have given my iball Bluetooth earphone for replacement in 6th January 2020 at Cellcare point Andheri. They have told me that it will take 10-15days for replacement. Now today is 23rd October 2020 almost 10 months going to complete. I haven't received my earphone. Cell care point staff stating that they haven't received the new earphone via courier. Since January I am listening this statement. I don't know from which courier company the earphone is coming which is taking 10 months for delivery. This is worse service I am facing from iball.
