SUB-Unacceptable Delay in service
Dear sir,
I purchased iball tab 3g-7803Q on 20/09/2014.
Due to some problem I deposited my tab in your service center at
Ghatkopar west, mumbai on 08/10/2014.
Today is 10/11/2014.
Till now IT WAS NOT REPAIRED.
IS IT NORMAL OR NOT.
I CALLED THEM MANY TIMES, BUT NOBODY PICKING UP THE PHONE.
I VISITED 3 TIMES AND GETTING SAME ANSWER THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE
WEEK.
THE DETAILS ARE ATTACHED WITH THIS MAIL.
KINDLY GIVE SOME MEANINGFUL REASON FOR THIS DELAY AND HARASSMENT.
I REALLY REGRET THAT TO BUY THIS TAB.
I HARDLY USED 15 DAYS AND STUCK UP IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER FOR MORE
THAN ONE MONTH.
IS IT BEEN USING BY ANY OTHER PERSON IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER, BECAUSE IT IS A BRAND NEW PIECE.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE REASON BEHIND THIS DELAY AND HARASSMENT.
I PURCHASED A NEW GOOD LATEST MODEL TAB AND NOW I AM REGRETTING FOR
MY DECISION TO BUY.
I WENT TO THE RETAILER AND HE ALSO QUITE DISSAPPOINTED TO GET THIS
NEWS THAT THE NEW TAB HAD BEEN STUCK FOR ONE MONTH.
THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE VERY ANNOYING AND NOT READY TO LISTEN
THE PROBLEM, AT LEAST THEY CAN GIVE ME A PROPER DATE OR AT LEAST
THEY CAN PICK UP THE PHONE.
THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN COMPLAIN ANYWHERE BUT THEY CANNOT HELP.THEY
TOLD ME TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT OR WRITE TO YOU OR DO ANYTHING
ELSE.
