Hi, This is with further reference to several email communications regarding refund for cancellation of spicejet flight (Pnr # xbsxxx) which is yet to receive by me. I contacted spicejet and they informed me that they have refunded the amount on 12-aug-2020. It's almost 50 days i have cancelled the flight but till date i am struggling to get refund from goibibo. I don't know why you are not able to transfer the refund amount back to same payment mode i. E. To my sbi credit card. I tried several times to contact you through your customer care number but it's getting automatically disconnected before speaking to any customer care officer. And more importantly, i am not able to send any email to your [protected]@goibibo.com email address because i am getting reply as "non-responsive email address" In your system it is displaying that refund amount is transferred to my sbi credit card account on 25-aug-2020 and the case is closed; but the actual scenario is totally opposite. I have also shared alternate payment method but till date refund amount is not credited to my account.
