Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Amount deducted from account but booking confirmation not received. | |
I paid for a hotel booking on Goibibo through Mobikwik. Amount was deducted from my account and it was a successful transaction from mobikwik side. But I have not recieved any booking confirmation. Neither I can reach Goibibo through customer support. Amount should be transferred back through original mode of payment to account.
