Dear sir, our tour on 18 tsept from mumbai international airport to kathmandu 4 passenger by nepal airlines.in ur doc u advised us to carry photo id / paasport. We had carried all photo id except voters card & pasport. & airport authority disallowed the admissiontoflight. & this has caused cancellation of hotel at ktm.
