[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — cheating with customers regarding 100 % money back guarantee on service issue | |
Booking id : htl2hgcdaj I booked hotel oyo 35462 svs luxury room in hyderabad for 21.01.20. Room was with breakfast. Hotel was unable to provide breakfast. Goibibo have 100 % money back guarantee for this property on service issue. But they are unable to provide refund to me and continuously negotiating. I told them to forward my case to appellate/delight/higher authorities. But still i have not get any reply from them nor any confirmation regarding my complain is forwarded to delight team or not.
