Please note that I received an email from Goibibo saying that you have credited my account with goibibo credit shell as my flight booking was cancelled with full refund by Indigo airline. But in the email, the email showing associated with GoCash wallet is a dummy email. When I am logging into my account, I dont see the booking or credit shell amount.

Same issue exists for another PNR - AK7YJD
Please assist me by linking my bookings with my email ID so that I can see the credit shell and use it. All you contact channels require a booking associated with account (contact number or email). In my case I cant event reach out as the associated contact details seem to have changed.
