Ibibo Group / Goibibo — didn't get my money | |||
On 21st november 2019 night, i try to book a train ticket from delhi to mangalore with goibibo app but while booking after entering otp my booking get failed and my money (3916 inr at 09:38 pm) get deducted from my account. After that, i try to reach goibibo serval time but i only able to contact a bot chat and that was not helpful it just gives repetitive answers. After that, i booked my ticket again on the same night and my money (3916 inr at 10:02 pm) gets deducted again but this time my booking was successful, but i didn't get the money from my previous failed booking and now today is 24th november 2019 and i didn't hear about my money. Kindly please respond quickly and refund my money.
