Dear Customer Care,
I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the cancellation of my scheduled flight no, SG 169 on 27th September'2025 from Guwahati to New Delhi.
What is most unacceptable is that I was not informed in advance about this cancellation. While doing web check-in today afternoon and later in the evening I further discovered that there is no alternative flight available on the same day, forcing me to book another flight only on Sunday at a much higher cost.
This last minute disruption has caused me great inconvenience, not only financially but also in terms on my plan schedule.
I expect the airline to:
1. Provide a clear explanation as to why the flight was cancelled without prior notice.
2. Immediately process a full refund of my cancelled ticket amount
3. Reimbursement/ compensation for the additional expenses I am compelled to bear due to lack of flights on the intended travel date.
