Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Failed Return Ticket Book Id GOFLISTAI12T5454232

I have booked a to and fro flight from DEL- HAN but did not receive the confirmation of return ticket when i checked with Go Ibibo customer support I was asked to book a new return flight as due to some error ticket was not created and a refund will be issued, this happened on 22nd Nov, I am still waiting for the refund and no means to reach to customer care executive as its all automatic.
Need an update why the refund is not processed till now and when it will be credited.
