Respected Sir/Madam,
I have booked a flight with Goibibo and the airline was GoFirst. My Flight PNR was O9UIUW.
I have made 2 bookings on the same PNR,
- Ahmedabad to Hyderabad (4th November, 2021)
- Hyderabad to Ahmedabad (10th November 2021)
1. I got informed by airlines that the flight on those 2 days were cancelled due to some reasons. So they asked me 2 options, (i) Full Refund, (ii) Reschedule
2. I asked them to Refund me for Ahmedabad to Hyderabad flight which is of INR 5, 804 (screenshot attached) & Reschedule the Hyderabad to Ahmedabad flight.
3. Airlines has does the same and initiated the Refunds to Goibibo. (Screenshot attached)
(Note: I have booked the flights from Goibibo and all the payment was made through Goibibo but they have interbal tie-up with MakeMyTrip that's what I got informed by airlines, so the refund will show to MakeMyTrip. But eventually, it's Goibibo.)
4. Goibibo has very smart process of refund via App, but in the application, I am not able to find the flight which was cancelled. So I am helpless but there's nothing to claim or raise the complaint. Also, they don't have customer support to whom we can speak or resolve the issue.
5. I have attached all the required screenshots in which you can find the tickets of my flight from Goibobo and all the email communication I have done with Airlines and Goibibo.
Kindly help me to get my refunds of INR 5, 804 from Goibibo.
