I was assured resolution or rather callback in 1 hr time which has already been exceeded. I am really disappointed and want a reply on priority basis for the following points: 1. Why should customer pay more. I accepted fare increase of rs.1400 from airline while making the final payment. Initially price quoted was rs.39xxx excluding convience fee. After getting on the payment page it showed 41xxx plus convienience charges. I accepted the price and went ahead with the transaction. If it would have shown fare increase of rs 8400 i wouldn't have booked on the first place. 2. Was on call with your agents for more than 45 minutes and was promised to receive a call or email within 1 hr time after consulting with management team. I had to call in again to check the status after which i received this ticket. This shows the customer service and priorisation from goibibo team. Booking with you people is a nightmare from me. 2. Solutions provided by your team are not acceptable. Everyone has a certain budget and i booked the same keeping a certain figure in mind. First solution provided by your agent was to pay fare difference of rs.7000 which is not acceptable to me since i agreed to your pricing and transaction was completed. From from backhand if prices increase it is not my concern. I can only suggest to provide total refund if you people cant match the price. Second solution provided was to get del-goa flight ticket cancelled and full refund will be provided for onward journey. If that is the case i would have booked both journeys separately. Please be advised i would be sending a legal notice for mental harassment and secondly for unprofessional misguided support. Thirdly cheating customers like me when transaction has been completed and asking for more money. I wish i had booked ticket from yatra.com or musafir so that i wouldnt have witnessed such mismanagement. Kindly escalate and revert asap.
