Dear Team,
I booked the ticket from payzapp. payzapp allows the payment portal to goibibo. Now I am unable to contact anyone.
As per spicejet they refund the payment on date 17-Jul-2027 to Makemytrip but makemytrip denied the refund. He asked to contact Goibibo for a refund but we are unable to contact them.
Kindly help to Refund the Amount Rs 10606 /- If your team will not respond then we will go through to Consumer Court for refund.
