In reply to your last mail, It seems like you guys have made standard reply templates which you guys copy n paste to your customers.
Dont know how you analize the issues.
I have clearly state that on early morning of expiry date i found my gocash expired. It means it is expired before the sunrise of expiry date so how can you sgive such false closing date to your customers.
It is an act of cheating that go cash gets expired before the morning of expiry date.
Your customer care guys said on a call recorded call that it was expired at 3am apprx at night of 28th Feb.
You may also refer to the attached screen shot of your go cash expiry policy which is clearly NOT stating that the cash will be expired before the day of Expiry.
Its not my loss it is your loss that you guys are loosing your loyal "potential" customer.
