Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Goibibo amount deducted but no booking made

I have tried to make a bus booking on 17th Feb 2025 from bangalore to Kannur on Ashoka Travels.
After the amount got deducted from gpay, the page was frozen and no booking was made.
I have tried once more and the same issue happened.
It happened on 17th Feb 1:22 pm and 1:56pm. I tried to contact the helpdesk and later understood that they dont have any customer care where we can reach.
I wanted to get refund of my amount 1787.9.
Please help.
