1) two days i took bath with cold water. Third day they have changed the room for hot water. 2) i have received the bill from hotel which is much lover that i have paid to you. Pls refund all my amount on priority. Since i have paid high amount and room service were very poor. Nos of mail i have to your customers care but no logical reply till date.
