[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — i have booked the bus from kodai kanal to chennai, they have not yet refunded the amount | |||
Hi, this is sanhita mitra, on 12 th july, 2019. I have requested them to cancel the amount on 16th of july 2019. Till so far i have not yet received the amount. Every time i called, they are giving 24 hours deadline, i have called them and they are saying me that payment gateway had released the amount, they are giving me the screen shot. Stipulated time has lapsed, still they are not paying me the money. Instead, when i am calling to the goibibo customer care they are asking me to talk politely, they are asking me to go to by registered bank from where, i have made the payment. I want my money back with interest, can consumer forum, help me to get the money back to me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had booked my flight ticket on Goibibo. The total cost was INR 169, 958. Goibibo promised to convert this into no cost EMI for 3 months. So I chose 3 months EMI option. However, my credit card company is charging me interest on the EMI payments - which is contrary to the promise Goibibo had made me.
