My stay at the property was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable due to multiple issues, and I am requesting an immediate full refund for the following reasons: 1. Unacceptable Room Conditions: The air conditioner in the room was making loud, disturbing noises, making it impossible to rest. The washroom was dirty and unhygienic, clearly not cleaned before my arrival. There was water leakage from the window, which created a damp, unpleasant environment. Additionally, there was no power in the room for over an hour, despite multiple complaints to the hotel staff. No action was taken to resolve the issue. 2. Unprofessional and Rude Staff: The staff were extremely rude and unresponsive to my concerns. Even after informing the management about the issues, they showed complete indifference and made no effort to resolve anything. Due to the appalling condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities, I was forced to leave the hotel without even completing my stay. This caused a significant amount of inconvenience and distress, and it is unacceptable that such a property is listed on your platform. I urge Goibibo to investigate this matter on priority and process a full refund for my booking.
