[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — misrepresentation about refund - cancellation of air ticket | |||
I have been chasing goibibo from last 45 days against the booking made through website for jet airways from mumbai to dehradun. First of all, i have been informed that my flight was canceled and refund will be processed with 10-15 days. After multiple follow up, again i was make to understand that based on recent circular, the refund should be processed, latest by 20 may 2019. In between, i have been informed that they have initiated the payment from their end and it should reflect my account within 5 to 14 days. Wording from goibibo - "over the call, we informed you that full refund for (Bom-ded 5906.0 & ded-bom 4829.0) is initiated from our side it will be reflected in your bank account within 5 to 14 working days so hope your query is resolved." Then again on 10th of may, i have been informed that my booking made under reference no - tuabcn396 has been processed from their end and they would like to know if i have receive the payment Wording from goibibo - this is in reference to your query under booking id : tuabcn396we tried to call you [protected] however cant be able to contact you. Kindly let us know once you received the amount so that we can close the query from our end. Now after multiple followup, today i have been informed - "for further assistance feel free to write to us preferable time so that we can call you and assist you according to your query as we are unable to check any flight booking with this email id."
