I was trying to buy MSRCT bustickets on 15th August and got redirected to the payment section where i chose net banking and then used Kotak bank net banking to complete the transaction. The amount worth 1300/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.

I booked flight tickets on 1st October 2021 and got redirected to the payment section where i chose UPI and then used net banking to complete the transaction. The amount worth 11114/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.
Since then, i have tried contacting the Goibibo customer service via phone and email, but there is no response. Sadly there is literally NO Goibibo customer care team!
I have also checked with my bank and Google pay; they have clearly mentioned that this is a merchant issue and that it should be resolved by Goibibo.
Please help me in getting my money back. Deeply disappointed with the company and its customer service !
