While i was booking a ticket i enter all the details after that i have done payment also Money deducted but ticket not confirmed. I wait for 48 hrs but ticket not booked. I wait for 14 days ticket not confirmed and money also not refunded. I paid the payment through phonepe app i contact the customer care of phone pe and also hdfc bank they said transaction successful u have to talk with ur merchant. But customer care of goibibo is very bad. I have done this booking on march 1st for godavari express.
