[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted but transaction failed | |||
I tried to add ola money through ola app on iphone for the first time with following details: Ref no. : stubp[protected] Dated: 05.10.18 Time : 11:55 a. M. (Approx.) Amount: rs. 200 Money has been debited from my account in bank of india but instead of getting a recharge, i received the message as transaction failed. Now the money is neither shown as ola money nor refunded in my bank account. Kindly look in to the matter and take appropriate action as soon as possible. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
