Ibibo Group / Goibibo — No option to delete/edit my reviews on their site.

I wrote a review on the hotel I booked, through the link I received. I wrote it because I thought my real name won't be used and goibibo would use my username only.

However later I saw my full name being used along with the review instead o[censored]sername. So, this violates my right to privacy.

I even sent message to [protected]@go-mmt.com(it's the email I got on their privacy policy site) to withdraw my consent. I tagged goibibo account on twitter and told about it. I messaged them on twitter and later they asked for booking ID on call. I provided and goibibo representative by the name AKSHAY assured that it'll be resolved.

It's already a month now, my issues aren't looked into still. I can't edit or delete the review. My privacy has been trespassed.
