As it has been more than 2 month, I haven't receive any updates on refund or any kind of follow up regarding my jet airways cancelled ticket. Every time when I contact to customer care they always give the same answer stating that Jet Airways had not initiated the payment. My booking id:TUAKDW33W. PNR : XUMBUR According to jet airways email that I have received earlier, it state that the payment should be received by 20th may and I haven't receive any amount.
