Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non receipt of gst bill from goibibo in spite of submitting gst details

I had book my ticket from goibibo for air asia and given my gst number and company details. I requested for gst bill from airline and they have emailed me stating they dont provide gst bill from airline. As agent, it is duty of goibibo to forward the gst details to airline so airline can provide gst bill but they have not done it

Convenience fees : rs.949
Goibibo charges (Convenience fees) : rs.949
Net convenience fees (Goibibo charges (-) goibibo discounts) (+) : rs.0.0
Igst @ 18% on net convenience fee (+): rs.0
Net promo discount (-) : rs.92.0
Total price: rs.20728

Goibibo provide gst on net convenience fee. But here you have used the benefit of rs.1041.0.

Due to which convenience fee has become 0.

Net convenience fees =
Goibibo charges (Convenience fees) rs.949 - promo discount rs.1041.0= rs.0.0

Hence gst becomes:

Gst @ 18% on net convenience fee (+): rs.0
