Ibibo Group / Goibibo — non refund of flight cancellation 53000 rs

Goibibo hasn't refund my flight cancellation charges of around 53000 rs. With jet airways. I cancelled my flight in april 2019 and after multiple calls and tweets all i hear is that they will contact once they will get money back from jet airways team.

They don't give any clarity on how much is wait period, their response team never has answer for the query.
