[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — not able to connect with customer executive

Hi team,

I am not able to connect with goibibo customer executive. I am only able t connect with ivrs and chat bot not human executive. I have booked my ticket from leh to delhi for 19th july 2019. When i was booking the ticket, cancellation protection plan was showing for -1 rs. I have bought the cancellation protection plan along with ticket. But after booking when i checked cancellation charge, i got reply from chat bot that your ticket has not been covered with cancellation protection plan. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Its been 10 days, still issue has not been solved. Even I have called many time for follow up, I only got assurance for resolution in 48 hours . But no update and no follow up call.

Please look into this issue urgently.
