Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Not getting any support to use credit shell | |||
SIR, i am Dr. Abhay Maurya want to complain against GOIBIBO group. my flight booking was there through GOIBIBO on 28 april2020 from MUMBAI TO VARANASI, but got impacted due to COVID-19. Now i can see my credit shell amount(PNR:KGR9MX...SPICEJET SG704). I am trying to book the ticket again by using credit shell on desktop site(as GOIBIBO suggest) but i am not able to do so, because my impacted booking is not showing in GOIBIBO-my trips option. i am trying to contact all of their customer. care no.s but any of it is not working, i m not getting any help from their side. cont. no.
