[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Order didn't get placed but money has been deducted from my account, please refund the amount. | |
On[protected], I placed an order in Myntra for Rs. 9435 two times so, total 18, 870Rs has been deducted from my account, but my Myntra order didn't get placed. I did these two transactions through NetBanking from my Union bank of India account and payment Web site is your site IBIBO WEB Pvt Ltd. I got messages that Payment to IBIBO Web site is successful. In Myntra site it showed that order didn't get placed and if money is deducted from your account then it will be credited to your account within 72 hours. I still didn't get my refund of 18, 870Rs into my account. Please look into the issue and do the needful as early as possible. Please make sure that my money gets credited to my account as early as possible.

I Ramchandra M Patil Resident of Pl No 6 Sy No 192/2 Hanuman Nagar Belgaum have made payment online of property Tax PID NO 72026 of RS 5375 on[protected] Two time the payment has been cut but we have not received the payment receipt so kindly solve the problem or else refund our amount as soon as possible
