Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment done and no refund yet | |
I had to travel to Delhi and thus, I booked a dorm through Goibibo for me and a friend of mine. I booked it with all the money I had left which was ₹3080. I successfully completed the transaction. Goibibo confirmed it and even sent me the payment ID HTLNTKD8AS. But soon they cancelled my ticket out of no where and told me that the amount would be refunded. They have left me merely with the bank reference number[protected] for State Bank of India whose debit card I used for the transaction. It's tormenting that a student like me is now penniless because of Goibibo. I feel betrayed and it feels like a cyber fraudulent. I contacted them but it wasn't helpful at all. I've attached the evidences including the statement of my bank account which clearly shows the deducted amount by Goibibo. I totally rely on the consumer forum now. Yet Goibibo has sent me a message to appear clean and putting blame over the bank for delays. I have seen such instances in past also where they did exactly the same thing.I'm again adding the statement of my SBI A/C. No amount refunded and Goibibo still is doing the same thing. I'm literally begging you to take some serious steps or else my money will be gone and Goibibo will be playing such filthy tactics with innocent consumers in forthcoming days. My money is not refunded I made a payment of approx1900 for bus from lucknow to delhi on 30 and bus is to board on 1 and reach Delhi on 2 the registered mobile no [protected] is I want my money back to my bank account
