Ibibo Group / Goibibo — payment done but goibibo claims they did not receive money | |||
I have done a payment of rs.3926 via google pay in the goibibo app. But neither did i receive any ticket nor any confirmation that the amount has been received. I confirmed with my bank and my bank clearly states that goibibo has received the money. The most pathetic part is they dont even have any human customer care number who can confirm and revert back the money. They dont have an email id where you can complain.
