Sir I booked to and fro tickets from Delhi to Goa on 7th October instead of booking on 7th November GO AIR G8-286 PNR B4TRKP and for return on 10th october instead of 10th November AIR ASIA I5-759 PNR:MN4H5C due to wrong booking of ticket dates I cancelled the ticket now the help desk guy someone Mr.Pradeep narula ji first said the ticket is not booked while he put me on hold after 2mins he said sorry we cannot retrieve your money . Sir I booked the ticket for Rs 19950/- now I am getting a refund if 5000 something it's a huge difference for me I am not rich . I cannot afford this huge amount sorry .
